Professional Services Limitation

While we provide professional Scrum Master and agile coaching services, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, performance improvements, or financial results. The success of agile implementations depends on factors beyond our control, including organizational culture, leadership commitment, team engagement, and proper execution of recommended practices.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, utility failures, or internet service disruptions.

If we are unable to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction clauses above.

Arbitration (Optional)

By mutual agreement, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body in Cyprus. The arbitration shall take place in Limassol, Cyprus, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
